Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days from the date you place your order, including order processing and transit. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination or unexpected carrier delays.

Cancellations & Returns

To request cancellation before shipment, contact support@petfed.pet. Once an order has shipped, please follow our 90-day return policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
