Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is currently free on all orders.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, delivery takes 7–14 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination or carrier delays.

Cancellations & Returns

To cancel before your order ships, contact support@petfed.pet. After it ships, our 90-day return guarantee applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
